The most popular ex-pat havens have long standing co-operation between authorities and extradition agreements that have proven to work over time.

As they’re not officially recognised and don’t have diplomatic relations with the US there can be no extradition. The most well-known of these is Northern Cyprus.

Cambodia
Cambodia has much to offer for international travellers. While it may appear slightly chaotic at first, like other Asian countries it’s developing quickly. Entrepreneurs should be able to find plenty of opportunities here.
Belarus
Belarus is another country in Europe with no extradition to the US. Belarus also has dismal diplomatic relations with the US government.
