These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of libertymundo.com (the “Site”) and any products or services you buy through it. The Site is operated by Liberty Mundo LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Wyoming, United States (“Liberty Mundo”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Clients who engage us for advisory, formation, residency, citizenship, trust, or banking work will also sign a separate engagement agreement. Where that agreement and these Terms conflict, the engagement agreement wins.
1. What we do
Liberty Mundo is a private offshore advisory firm. We design and coordinate second-citizenship, residency, company-formation, trust and foundation, asset-protection, and banking strategies for entrepreneurs and investors. We’re not a law firm, a licensed tax adviser, a bank, or a government agency. Where a matter requires licensed legal, tax, or immigration work, we coordinate with licensed professionals and registered agents in the relevant jurisdiction, and they act under their own licences and terms.
2. Information on the Site is not advice
Articles, guides, country pages, tables, the Freedom Score assessment, the Passport Freedom Index, and the AI chat assistant are published for general information. They aren’t legal, tax, financial, immigration, or investment advice, they don’t create a client relationship, and they aren’t tailored to your circumstances. Laws, fees, program rules, and tax rates change often and vary by jurisdiction and by your personal situation. Before acting on anything you read here, get advice from a qualified professional who knows your facts. Our Disclaimer sets this out in more detail and forms part of these Terms.
3. Accounts, eligibility, and accuracy
You must be at least 18 and able to enter binding contracts to buy from us. You agree that the information you give us when you enquire, complete the Freedom Score, use the chat assistant, place an order, or go through client onboarding is accurate and complete, and that you’ll tell us promptly if it changes. Applications to governments, registries, and banks rest on the accuracy of what you provide; false or incomplete information can lead to rejection, penalties, and termination of our engagement with no refund.
4. Orders and payment
Products and services listed on the Site can be ordered through our checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude government fees, third-party agent fees, bank charges, courier costs, and taxes unless the product description says they’re included. An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email; we can decline or cancel an order before acceptance for any reason, including suspected fraud, sanctions or compliance concerns, or a pricing error, in which case anything you’ve paid is refunded.
Payment is taken by card through Stripe or by bank transfer through Wise. We don’t store card details. If a bank transfer arrives short because of intermediary charges, we’ll ask you to cover the difference before work starts.
5. Compliance, due diligence, and sanctions
Every formation, residency, citizenship, trust, and banking service is subject to know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering checks carried out by us and by the registered agents, banks, and authorities involved. We may ask for identity documents, proof of address, source-of-funds and source-of-wealth evidence, and other information at any stage. We may decline to act, or stop acting, if checks aren’t satisfied, if you or your funds are connected to a sanctioned person or country, or if we believe a matter involves tax evasion, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose. Our services are for lawful tax planning, asset protection, and mobility. They are never for concealing income from a tax authority you’re obliged to report to, evading court orders, or hiding the proceeds of crime.
6. Timelines and outcomes
Processing times quoted on the Site or by us are estimates based on experience. Governments, registries, and banks control their own timelines and decisions, and we don’t control them. We don’t guarantee that any application, incorporation, account opening, residency, or citizenship will be approved, or approved by a particular date. What we commit to is preparing and submitting your matter properly and pursuing it diligently.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Our Refund Policy explains what’s refundable and when. In short: digital products and reports aren’t refundable once delivered; consultations can be rescheduled but aren’t refunded for no-shows; and service fees are refundable only for the portion of work not yet started, while government fees, agent fees, and third-party costs already paid on your behalf are not.
8. Your responsibilities
You’re responsible for your own tax reporting and legal compliance in every country where you’re resident, a citizen, or otherwise taxable, including any foreign-account, foreign-company, and exit-tax reporting your home country requires. US persons in particular remain subject to worldwide US taxation and FBAR and FATCA reporting regardless of where they live or hold assets. Our work doesn’t replace advice from your own accountant or lawyer, and you agree to obtain that advice where appropriate.
9. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, including articles, guides, the Passport Freedom Index, the Freedom Score, images, design, and code, belongs to Liberty Mundo LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, share links to, and quote short excerpts of our content with attribution and a link back. You may not republish, scrape, or commercially reuse it, or use it to train machine-learning models, without written permission. “Liberty Mundo” and our logo are our trademarks.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempts to breach security, interfere with the service, scrape content at scale, upload malicious code, impersonate anyone, or use the chat assistant, forms, or comments to send spam or unlawful material. We can suspend or block access for breaches.
11. Third-party services and links
The Site links to government portals, regulators, news sources, and partners. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Registered agents, law firms, banks, and other professionals we introduce you to contract with you under their own terms.
12. Confidentiality
We treat everything you tell us about your circumstances as confidential and disclose it only as needed to deliver the service, to comply with law, or as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Warranties and limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberty Mundo LLC, its members, managers, employees, and contractors won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, tax liabilities, penalties, or losses arising from decisions you make based on Site content, from delays or refusals by any government, registry, or bank, or from changes in law. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the Site or a service bought through it is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can’t be excluded by law, including for fraud.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Liberty Mundo LLC against claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide, or from your unlawful use of any structure, residency, or account obtained with our help.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, contact us first at admin@libertymundo.com and we’ll try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute that can’t be resolved that way will be settled by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English, with the seat in Wyoming and remote hearings permitted. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after they’re posted; orders already accepted stay under the Terms in force when they were accepted.
17. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours to a successor. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the Disclaimer, and any engagement agreement are the entire agreement between us about the Site.
